I'm Sekhar Banarjee—an independent AI consultant with 8+ years of experience building intelligent systems across 6+ startups and enterprises.
Previously, I led the Responsible Generative AI team at Mea (UK), designing ethical AI solutions at scale. I've built NLP systems, custom transformer architectures, and ML platforms across fintech, conversational AI, and enterprise software—from early-stage startups to established companies.
I've published research on deep learning and distributed computing. I hold certifications in TensorFlow, Spark, and high-performance computing. And I write production code in Rust when milliseconds matter.
